Why this course
This one-year program fully shares the vision promoted by UNESCO that identifies heritage and creativity as the basis for thriving and innovative knowledge-based societies.
Careers
Period and Venue
The Program will be held from January 2022 to December 2022.
During the on campus phase in Turin, lectures will mainly take place at the premises of the University of Turin in the city center and in the facilities of Politecnico of Torino, including the Castello del Valentino. Field lessons will be hosted at heritage organizations.
Who can apply
Designed for graduates of all disciplines, the Programme focuses on developing economically sound projects designed around a wide spectrum of cultural activities in the fields of natural and cultural heritage, cultural and creative industries, and tourism. The minimum admission requirement is an Undergraduate degree - First cycle degree - Bachelor level degree.
Tuition fee
The tuition fee is of 5.000,00 Euro.
Due to the complicated times we are facing, the Master's tuition fee has been exceptionally reduced from 8.500 to 5.000 euros, to enable participants from all over the world to have the opportunity to enroll in the programme.
Application and deadlines
From 1 July 2021: open application
15 October 2021 (until 3.00 pm CET): deadline for submitting the application to the Course
29 October 2021(until 3.00 pm CET): POST PONED DEADLINE for submitting applications and requesting a scholarship.
Course contents
The Program is worth a total of 60 credits (CFU - Crediti Formativi Universitari), for a total amount of 1.500 hours, divided as follows:
- 400 hours of on-campus lectures and distance learning
- 1100 hours of Individual Study and Final test.
All activities will be in English.
Exams and certifications
Upon successful completion of aforementioned requirements, the participants will be awarded a first level Specializing Master's Diploma in "World Heritage and Cultural Projects for Development" from the University of Turin and Politecnico di Torino (see the scheme of the Italian Education System).
